CHELLADURAI
Heal the seams between mind and body.
Most people come to me able to explain their problem in detail and unable to change it. Stress and burnout that come back after the rest. Anxiety you can reason with and still not shift.
Understanding it isn't the same as interrupting it. What you're building here is capacity, not relief. The ability to find your way back down on purpose, rather than waiting for it to pass.
My Story
I spent years in the corporate world building the infrastructure of the recruiting industry, across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. I worked in roles across product, partnerships, and sales. This is where I learned that what someone says they want and what they actually want are rarely the same sentence.
I watched people cope with stress and anxiety with varying levels of success. What I noticed was that capability was independent of capacity. Being good at your job had almost nothing to do with how much you could carry.
Capacity can be built, but only once you start paying attention to it. Stress doesn't go away by willing it away, waiting for it to pass, or taking a vacation.
I left the corporate world to train in the healing arts and sciences, specifically breathwork, parts work, psychosomatics, and Reiki. And now work with people to heal.
Who this is for
Most people I work with had to shut something down to get where they are. Some part of you was inconvenient, so it got put away. It worked, which is the problem.
Ambient stress, anxiety, or tiredness you can't pin to anything. The things that used to reset you have a shorter halo. Instead of enjoying the weekend, you're already anticipating the week, and vacations wear off faster than they used to. Tired stops being a response to an event and becomes closer to a background setting.
You say you’re fine. Your tone says otherwise. Something comes out sharper than you intended, or flatter, and someone close to you has commented on it more than once. It's showing more than you'd like, and part of you knows that.
Motivation that runs on fear. You move because of what happens if you don't. But the strategies that used to make you productive don't land the same way now, or they take more out of you to produce the same result.
None of that is a problem to be fixed. It's a set of strategies that outlived the situation they were built for. You can probably explain most of it in detail already, and explaining it hasn't changed how you respond. If you'd rather work on this somewhere other than the explanation, that's what these sessions are.
Scope
I'm a facilitator and a coach, not a therapist. This isn't treatment for a diagnosed condition, and it isn't crisis support.
If you're in acute distress, or what you're carrying needs clinical care, that's a different room and a different person. I'll say so if that's what I'm seeing, and I'll help you find them.
You set the pace. I'll tell you what I'm seeing and you decide what to do with it.
How engagements usually begin
A 15-minute call, free. You tell me what's going on and we work out whether this is a fit.
First session, 75 minutes. We work with whatever the consult pointed at. Some people move through breath, some through talking, some need both, and the call usually tells me which to start with.
Then we decide. Most people book a few sessions once they know what they're working with. Some come once, and that's the right amount. Nothing needs deciding up front.
Sessions are online. You'll need a room where you can lie down and close the door.
